Double Hung Tilt Window

The double hung tilt windows are based on the swing-in shoe mechanism. All windows in the swing-in family have an easy-to-clean option where dual tabs allow you to easily swing-in the operating sashes to facilitate wiping of the exterior glass surface.

Double Hung Tilts are most commonly used in bedrooms, common areas, below picture windows, and occasionally in above-ground basement openings.

Double Hung Tilts are great windows for bathrooms as most customers use the window sill as an extra shelf. Double Hung Tilts allow the top sash to be pulled down while the bottom sash remains closed.
